Policies: CASH ONLY All deposits are nonrefundable non-transferable Nails must be bare otherwise soak off is required as I do not work over forgein services Send reference photo of preferred design for appointment approval Any service after 5 weeks requires soak off Cut downs/reshape will be additional $10 No extra guests/children No food Please refrain from all nonemergency phone calls No 3rd party payments (zelle, cash app, venmo) 10 minutes late reverts to solid color set Clients arriving past 15 minutes will be charged 100% cancellation fee Same day cancellation fee will be charged 100% of service booked 48 hours prior to appointment will be charged 75% of service booked

Cancellation Policy

No show clients or clients who cancel in the same day/48 hours before appointment must pay 75% of their booked service. Deposits are kept as well
